How quickly should I expect a response to a query emailed to acotis?
We endeavour to respond by email within 48 working hours.
Is there a charge for delivery?
We offer (free of charge) Royal Mail first class post on all orders, additional delivery options are available at an additional cost depending on your requirements.
Can you ship overseas?
Yes we are happy to ship overseas; this will incur an additional charge of GBP £5.99
Can you include a message to the recipient of the order?
We will on request include a gift card with message free of charge - please leave details of this in 'additional information' found at the checkout.
Can I collect in store?
We are more than happy for you to collect or even return your order to our showroom for your convenience - please contact us prior to arrival to confirm that your order is in stock to avoid disappointment. Our sales line is 01902 746879 open 9.00am - 5.30pm.
How soon should I expect to receive my order?
Subject to your order being in stock and it being placed before 4.00pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch same day. First class post in the majority of cases will deliver next day, but on occasion we have found it to take up to 5 working days. If your order is urgent we recommend that you opt for one of our guaranteed delivery options - these can be found at the checkout.
What if my order gets lost?
In the unlikely event that your order goes missing please notify us in writing by emailing us as soon as possible. If you opted for any of our additional delivery options we will be able to track and trace this for you. Unfortunately we are unable to trace orders dispatched through our standard delivery option and in this unlikely event we ask that you wait a maximum of 14 days from dispatch as more often that not we have found that it has been delayed in transit - these are guidelines given by the Royal Mail. If at this point you have still not received your order we will either refund your original payment option or resend.
What does it mean 'order item only'?
When adding a product to the basket you might see displayed 'order item only' - this means that this item is currently out of stock, however it is on order. It is still possible to place your order but acotis cannot guarantee the time in which this item will take to arrive, we do however promise to dispatch these items as soon as they arrive. Your order will always be a priority to us.
How can I let friends and family know about jewellery that I would like to receive as a gift?
Please see our wishlist option throughout our website - this enables you to add items to your personal 'wish list', from here you can email them to friends and family.
How do I find my ring size?
Just drop us an email or use the contact us form to request a ring sizer, which we will be happy to send to you free of charge - please include the address that you wish this to be sent too.
Do you gift-wrap?
Most of our items come with there own packaging - please let us know within the 'additional information' section on the website if you would like any additional packaging.
